Uprising 2020 Demands 6 June 2020
We are system thinkers, holistic thinkers, we look at root causes. It is apparent that there is lot going on in the world right now. Its as if things are falling apart at the seams. From pandemics to riots in hotspots worldwide, police brutality, climate change and its affects, corporate corruption running wild and much more. Globalization, Financialization and Technologization are hot words to look up right now because they are directly related to everything that is happening. With the recent uprising of protest and riots, the people need ideas to help them come up with solutions that will help alleviate the root causes of these situations. People also need to know who the real enemy is so that they can stop the infighting and focus on the real problem, crooked corporations, corrupt financial system and the decadent.
Many of us have artificial jobs, weak and artificial employment is a reality for a vast number of us. Read Bullshit Jobs. Research Zombie Companies. All employment is based on creating or making things, maintaining or fixing things and servicing things or people. Many of us are needed but many us are not. We can all see a glimmer of this from the current pandemic shutdown. Who is essential and who is not? Who is needed, and who is not? We will go more in debt with this in another article called “Skeleton Crew Corporations”. however, for the sake of keeping this article somewhat brief, we all know much of the management that we have is largely not needed. We could easily get the directives we need from the companies Mission, Vision, Values, and automated metric systems, especially with the amount of education and experience we are required to have these days.
This leads us to the questions of efficiency and who and what management or administrators are needed to run an organization efficiently. Pyramid structures of organizations have been around for thousands of years, just review Jethro’s advice to Moses in Exodus 18. Flattening the organization is something we have all heard of and it is nothing new as well. It is usually mentioned in organizational restructuring and when corporations are about to trim some fat (management), however that is rarely done and what happens is the bottom or lower wage earners are dropped out or outsourced. What really happens? Why is it that corporations hold on to most of their higher wage employees and drop the little guy, the low wage earner? Company valuations, That’s why. From our perspective the revenue per employee is a lot less transparent when valuing a management as opposed to someone who, actually produces. The more a company’s employees make the larger their balance sheet looks. Therefore your work gets to look like your managers as if they actually do something useful.
As I mentioned in Uprising 2020, there is a better way. We all like nice clothes and many people like designing and making them. We like our electronics and gizmos and engineers like creating them. We like researching everything and healing the sick. People looting cheesecake, I like cheesecake too, It is nothing wrong with enjoying good delicacy, but it could be done for profit and fun by great chiefs for the rich and free roaming to enjoy. There is nearly nothing that anyone does not like to do but the majority are hoarded into Technologization and Financialization because of money and resources. Most of us could be making our living on the internet following our interest were it not for hoarding of FOSS and cyberspace value by the decadent.
Speaking of cyberspace, that is what money is now days, virtual, as well. What is it tied to? Hope! that its there when we need it. Its typed into the computer just as this document and exist as data and information in a virtual, cyber universe with no physical form, unless of course you have cash. Of course, you know that cash is a form of virtual payment as well and once stood in for gold. However, cash does provide us with the benefit of anonymity when used. An article for another time. With that said, there is no reason for anyone to be poor when money has no truly physical form.
As I was previously saying we could be making money on the internet and through various means, however, we are blocked and kept out by big corporations and institutions constantly working to keep us working for them for pennies. They use various means of lobbying, non-compete agreements, non-disclosure agreements, licensing, certifications and many more crafty schemes.
Therefore this is a list of demands, for “the people” to consider and possibly add to their own as we move forward in these new era dramatic times.
Demand that every corporation reduce its workweek to 3 days a week with decent pay for everyone with rotating days between workers. If not do it anyway by not going to work on your specific days. Essential workers you know who you are, on your days everyone shops and gets what they need. Then you take your days off. If there is too much confusion, set up a prayer wheel or use the A-M N-Z alphabet system half the alphabet use the first set of days and the second half use the other set of days.
Military could be guaranteed public safety peace keeping officer roles for two years as they exit the military and attend paid for university for their chosen profession.
This will disrupt the corporations and cause them to listen.
We all know that the robots have been coming so there is not much to fear here because if this does not work you will be displaced anyway. This way, you have a way to survive the coming offset in “human capital stock” opposed to jobs available, as that asshole mention and called you the other day.
Demand all your money from your bank accounts from $100 up to and over 250,000 and place it in a local bank. If it is in a local bank place it in a credit union, if it is in a credit union place it in a local bank. Demand the financial credit system lose its racist roots and practices.
This will disrupt the financial system and cause them to listen.
We all know it exists, read “The Color of Law “and “The Color of Money”. Reorganize and rewire the financial and credit system.
At this point the decadent are listening.
Demand that understanding of what the civil rights movement did for immigrants in this country as part of immigration training. That way they will more so understand that it was you “the people” who paved the way for them be here in the first place.
Demand a Universal Basic Income so that people have leverage in job searches against crooked corporations.
Demand an end to company stock buy backs.
Demand universal health care and disjointing health care from corporations.
Demand government bust up monopolies and patient hoarding.
Demand government employee whistle blower protections.
Demand voting holidays, so that people can be off during voting times. Vote. Vote. Vote.
Demand that governments balls are released by corporations and we take back our republic our democracy. Disassemble Super PACs and never again let money interfere with our elections. Mail in ballots and a new electronic system as checks and balances. Use both and they are checked against one another to prevent fraud.
Demand that every city cut out a parcel of large parcel of land with a community garden/orchard with discounted goods for everyone and paid people to tend it. 10% left untouched for the poor or free roaming population. It can be done; every city has a botanical garden and zoo.
Demand a Green New Deal in which a new infrastructure for this country is created. Telephone poles removed and wires placed underground. Roads bridges and dams rebuilt, reinforced or upgraded. Tornado alley homes are built to a spec of tornado resistance. Flood plain homes built to a spec of resistance etc. Dust Bowl and hurricane area homes built to a spec. Fifty-year rooves and homes for everyone. Random fruit, nuts and berry trees grown in protected forest. We already have the technology.
This will disrupt the industries from the ways things were always done and cause new innovations.
As you can see this is a nonviolent plan but one that takes cooperation of the masses working together unlike the riots with no plan and you working against one another. Not that riots are a bad thing because sometimes they are necessary for change. You must be coordinated and steadfast in your conviction for this to work. The decadent don’t have to be drug from their nest, run, be killed and scattered as in times past. Perhaps! However, they must be checked and kept in their place by the “human capital stock”. The lions that have been for lambs will be no more because you will always be vigilantly watching for their thousand cuts and culling of your rights. Always ready to check the decadent by unifying in organizations and bringing back balance.
